    romantic place, it was clean and had dedicated staff with exceptional services from the la faye restaraunt and nirvana pool bar. ate at the a la carte restaurant for nirvana guests.

    Positive points - friendly staff, good location, free of charge water sports

    Negative points - testeless food, almost no local fruits and seafood, poor cleaning services inside hotel (esp. in the restaurant), lots of flies in in the restaurant during breakfast

    The price ,the staff was very helpfull

    I booked for 3 nights but i ve stayed only one night because this hotel does not deserve 4 stars , 2 maximum because of a great lake of maitaining, it is very far from the standard of The Meridien.

    The Hotel Location is good, It has excellent facilities and the food is great. They have many things for Kids, we had two 6 year olds with us and they had an amazing time.

    We had booked two rooms under the same ID in Booked.net but the Hotel told us that Booked.net did not tell them that the bookings were together and told us that we should have booked directly through the Hotel and not through Booked.net

    We were upgraded to Nirvana suites...the best...peaceful,well serviced,spacious room & bathroom,free refreshments in lobby and cocktails,wi fi and free internet,courteous and knowledgable staff,lovely pool. Food of good quality and wide selection to suit all tastes.

    wrt food..no indication that food dishes on offer are vegeterian or Halaal.

    Swimming in the sea proved quite challenging due to rocky terrain and rampant sea urchins, which detracted from the experience. The check-in process was unnecessarily long, requiring about 45 minutes, and internet connectivity was inconsistent, especially in rooms.

    I missed having some shops and restaurant closer to the hotel.
